這次配色相當精彩，相比美版及日版的原色更為好看
這款黑色的「Megatron」，大部份使用了消光的黑色之外
配上金屬紫色，更加強其霸氣
再襯托了部份的透明紅零件，令其再添上不少的神秘感
而原本的變形系統未有作出改變，其擁有科幻外觀的坦克及大炮兩種型態
配上這黑色主調，相比原色好看得多
轉為人型後可看到其配色非常黑暗及富有霸氣
外型及可動方面造功原本就已經很好，亦沒有重大的缺點
算是TF中少見的精品，相比原色更好的也算為少之有少
